摘要
为了测定大鼠血浆中蛇床子素的含量,以乙醚萃取法处理,采用高效液相色谱法对血浆中蛇床子素的含量进行测定。结果表明:在所采用的色谱条件和血浆处理方法下,蛇床子素在0.0125-0.4μg/mL范围内有很好的线性关系。该方法灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,适用于蛇床子素的药代动力学与生物利用度研究。
To measure the content of osthole in blood plasma, the plasma was extracted by aether and the content of osthole in blood plasma was determined by HPLC. Osthole has good line relation between 0. 0125 to 0.4μg/ mL according to the applied chromatogram condition and treating of blood plasma. The method has high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, it is applicable to study the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of osthole.
