摘要
目的建立可靠的自由活动大鼠长期静脉输液通路。方法在前人的基础上,对自由活动大鼠静脉通路的建立进行了改进和有益的探索。结果70%的实验大鼠能顺利完成为期一个月的非连续输液实验,手术死亡率、感染率和管理脱落率较低。结论本文所建立的大鼠静脉输液通路实用可靠。
Objective To establish a reliable chronic venous access in the freely moving rat. Methods Some modification have been made based on the former experience. Result： 70 % of rats can finish the experience for a month, a few rats failed for surgery death, infection, catheter block. Conclusion The method applied in this study is a reliable venous access in the freely moving art.
