摘要
首先研究了内河水上服务区功能,提出了服务区布局选址原则与步骤,然后在此基础上构建了多目标优化评价指标体系,建立了基于神经网络模型的服务区布局选址优化数学模型。通过对模型优缺点分析,表明运用该方法所得出的服务区布局选址结果具有较好的客观性,避免了单纯依据经验判断带来的主观臆测性,并可推广至类似工程的布局选址实践中。
This paper first studied the functions of inland waterway service centre and put forward the principles and steps of service centre layout and site selection, on the basis of which, a multi-objective optimization evaluation index system was conceived, and a service centre layout and site selection optimization mathematical model based on neural network model was established. Through analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the model, it is shown that the service centre layout and site selection result acquired by using this method is fairly objective, and has avoided the subjective speculation by simply judging on the basis of experience, and it could be popularized in the practices of similar projects layout and site selection.
