摘要
为更好地服务船民,提高内河运输效率与航道管理水平,通过对船民和专家的调研,并结合江苏省内河航道的实际通航情况,分析得到航道服务区的建设条件、选址和服务区间距设置原则,为建设航道服务区提供了一个可实施性较强的参考依据。
In order to provide better service for the boatmen and improve the inland river navigation efficiency and waterway management level, we carried out a research on the construction conditions, site selection and distance of inland waterway service area based on the boatmen and experts＇advices and suggestions. By analyzing the influential factors, and in combination of the actual circumstances of inland waterway in Jiangsu province, we put forward the construction conditions, the principles of site selection and recommended distance of inland waterway service area, which can be used as a guideline for the construction of waterway service area.
