摘要
设置不同的遮光梯度,应用DPS软件处理分析数据,调查了不同遮荫水平对长白楤木叶绿素含量及生物量的影响。结果表明,遮荫能提高长白楤木叶绿素的含量,并且随着遮荫度的增加而增加,但叶绿素a/b却没有随之改变。适宜的遮荫度能增加植株的生物产量,其中以在60%的遮荫下生物量最大。遮荫对植物地上部分的生物量影响却明显低于地下部分的。该研究为长白楤木的栽培管理和综合利用提供初步依据。
Through setting up different shading grads, the DPS software was used to analyze data and investigate the effects of different shading levels on chlorophyll contents and biomass of Andlia continentalis. The results showed that the proper shading could increase the contents of chlorophyll, and increased with the intensities of shading. The proper shading could enhance the plant biomass, in which 60% shading got the most biomass. The effect of shading on biomass of plant aerial portion was obvious lower than that of plant under ground portion. This study provided the gist for the cultivation and management, and integration utilization of Aralia continentalis.
