蕨类植物的叶绿素、光合参数与耐荫性 被引量:22

摘要 为进行耐荫蕨类筛选,通过收集文献数据,选择比叶面积、比叶重、叶绿素含量、最大光合速率、光补偿点和光饱和点6个指标,计算各指标的表型可塑性指数(PPI)和耐荫临界值(STT).结果表明:蕨类植物的PPI变化范围为0·74~0·96,各指标的STT值分别为叶绿素质量分数1·9 mg·g-1、叶绿素a/b值2·3、比叶重36 g·cm-2、最大光合速率5·5μmol·m-2·s-1、光补偿点24μmol·m-2·s-1、光饱和点460μmol·m-2·s-1.利用STT值可以进行多途径的耐荫蕨类评价和筛选. For the purpose of shade-tolerant fern screening,six indicators were chosen,which were specific leaf area,leaf mass per area,chlorophyll contents,maximum photosynthetic rate,light compensation point,and light saturation point,then the phenotypic plasticity index(PPI) and shade-tolerant threshold(STT) for the six indicators were calculated based on collected literature data.The results showed that the PPI of ferns varied within a range of 0.74-0.96.The STT values of each index were as follows: chlorophyll content of 1.9 mg·g-1,chlorophyll a/b ratio of 2.3,leaf mass per area of 36 g·cm-2,maximum photosynthetic rate of 5.5 μmol·m-2·s-1,light compensation point of 24 μmol·m-2·s-1,and light saturation point of 460 μmol·m-2·s-1.The STT values can be used as evaluation and selection of shade-tolerant ferns in various ways.
