摘要
我国目前的医学专科教育人才培养模式一般是按能力本位的理念来构建的,但随着传统的生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,这种岗位针对性很强的人才培养模式已难于适应现代医学对人才培养的要求。按照素质本位人才培养模式构建的培养目标和课程体系,能较好地处理素质、能力和知识三者之间的关系,更有利于培养高素质的实用型医学人才。
In general, the talents training pattern of vocational medical education is constructed according to the ability-oriented concept in our country at present. However, the pattern makes it hard to meet the demand of talents training in modem medicine with the transformation of traditional biomedical pattern into "biological-psychological-social" medical pattern. The training objective and curricular system constructed based on quality-oriented talents training pattern can better deal with the relation among quality, ability and knowledge. It is also more helpful to producing high-quality and practical medical personnel.
