摘要
运用最优化单纯形法安排实验，与传统的动力学催化反应分光光度法相比，可明显地减少实验次数，应用于银的动力学催化反应分光光度法测定微量银；
The method of simplax optimization determine the experiment,compared with traditiloal catalytic action it is simpler and requiring, less manipulation. The method is double testified by the kinetic photomerty of microamount silver to check the practicality.
