摘要
本文研究了在硫脲存在下,PH4.0醋酸钠—冰醋酸解质中,微量银与K_4[Fe(CN)_6]配位体交换反应为基础测定银的分光光度法。方法的检测限为1.0ng/ml,银的浓度在0~0.14μg/ml范围服从比尔定律。
The paper reported that the catalyic action of microamount silver on the colour reaction between K4[Fe(CN)6] and thiourea. The solar absorptivity of the complex is 1.71 ×106L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed for silver in the range of 0-0.14μg/ml The detection limit of silver is 1.0ng/ml. The relative standard deviation is 3.2%.The recoveries were 90%-105%.
