摘要
本文是一篇中国专利(专利申请号:200610034451.2)内容的简介,此专利内容是涉及用烯醇类化合物作为厌氧胶的促进剂,并与现代厌氧胶产品中惯用的促进剂代表性组成(取代肼、胺和糖精等)进行比较。试验结果表明,在厌氧性组成物中分别使用安息香、草酰乙酸二乙酯、羟基丙烯酸等多种烯醇类化合物作为促进剂组成后,亦具有明显的引发聚合作用,因此烯醇类化合物可以作为厌氧性组成物中引发剂的促进剂,而在此引发剂中可以不必使用当前已广泛应用的取代肼类、胺类与糖精等促进剂组成物。
A Chinese patent (200610034451.2) is introduced in this paper, which refers to the enol compounds are as accelerator for anaerobic adhesive, and the comparison between this novel accelerator and conventional ones ( substituted hydrazine, amine and saccharin) is carried out. The results show that the anaerobic compositions also have the initiation effect of polymerization when enol compounds are added as accelerator compositions, such as benzoin, oxalacetic diethyl ester, hydroxyacrylic acid and etc. It is concluded that the enol compounds can be used as the initiation accelerators in anaerobic compositions without substituted hydrazine, amine and saccharin.
