摘要
有机硅酸酯应用于耐火材料和铸造工业的成型工艺生产过程中,显示了其特有的优点。尤其以正硅酸乙酯作为耐火材料和铸造工业的粘合剂最为常用。正硅酸乙酯作为粘合剂的原理在于在酸性或碱性条件下发生水解作用,然后进行缩合一聚合反应,生成以硅一氧为主键的具有三维立体结构的聚合物,形成胶体,从而具有自硬粘接作用。
Ethyl orthosilicate is of self-hardening characteristic due to its colloidization by hydra-tion, condensation and polymerization under either acidic or basic conditions.The self-setting speed can be controlled by adding acid or alkali. The optimum technical parameters for MS refractories have been determined by investigation of the effects of the parameters on self-setting speed.
