摘要
介绍了新显色剂1,3,9-三(4-安替比林偶氮)嘌呤二酮(TAAPD)的合成及其结构的鉴定。详细研究了试剂在酸性条件下与Pd(Ⅱ)的显色反应,并用以测定实际样品中的Pd(Ⅱ)。
The synthesis of a colour reagent TAAPD has been described. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS and 1HNMR.Its colour reaction with palladium has been investigated. The molar absorptivity is 2.58×104 L· mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed for 5~50μg Pd (Ⅱ)/25 mL. The method has been used to determine Pd(Ⅱ) in some materials without prior separation.
