摘要
用筛选出的12个ISSR引物对17个茶树品种的基因组DNA进行扩增,共扩增出61个条带,其中多态性条带53条,占87.08%,平均每个引物组合扩增出5.08个条带.根据Nei-Li系数将17个茶树品种聚为2类.结果显示,ISSR是一种重复性好、效率高的分子标记,可以用于茶树品种的遗传多态性分析.
The application of ISSR to the relationship analysis of tea cultivars( Camellia sinensis) was carried out, 61 bands were amplified by 12 primers, 53 bands were polymorphic, which accounted for 87.08% and each primer combination amplified 5.08 bands on average. All the 17 cultivars were divided into two groups. The results indicated that ISSR molecular markers had high efficiency and good repeatability, which was a useful tool for the analysis of the relationship among tea cultivars.
