摘要
靶位区域扩增多态性(Target Region Amplified Polymorphism,TRAP)是基于PCR的新型分子标记,并已广泛应用于动植物的研究中,主要在种质资源的鉴定评价、遗传图谱的构建、绘制基因组转录图谱、重要的性状标记、比较基因组学、亲缘关系和遗传多样性等方面取得了进展.现就TRAP的原理以及在动植物中的应用研究做一综述.
TRAP (Target Region Amplified Polymorphism) is a novel marker, which has generally been applied in plant and animal. TRAP marker is used in identifying germplasm resource, constructing genetic map, drawing transcription map, trait marker, comparative genomics and genetic relationship. The principle of TRAP and the exploratory development in plant and animal are discussed.
