摘要
采用液相化学还原法,在亚微米级的镍粉表面包覆上一层纳米银制成镍–银双金属粉。研究了影响包覆效果的各种因素和双金属粉的抗氧化性,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对粉末的形貌和组成进行了分析。银的质量分数为40%时,镍–银双金属粉抗氧化温度可达到800℃,方阻为97mΩ/□。
Ultrafine Ni-Ag bimetallic powder was prepared by chemical reduction method in aqueous solutions. The influence of different factors on the properties of ultrafine Ni-Ag bimetallic powder was investigated. The microstructure and oxidation resistance of ultrafine Ni-Ag bimetallic powder were characterized by XRD and TEM. The results indicate that the oxidation resistance temperature of bimetallic powder is 800℃ when the content of silver in Ni-Ag bimetallic powder is 40 %.
