摘要
镍材焊接时易形成气孔和裂纹等缺陷,严重地影响焊接接头的质量。为此研究了镍材焊接时适量加入还原性气体对焊接接头质量的影响;并对用这种焊接方式成形的焊缝进行了气孔、焊缝质量、力学性能及组织结构的检验, 结果表明,控制好还原气体流量进行焊接得到的焊缝接头质量完全符合标准要求。
Defects such as blowholes, cracks can be easily formed during welding process of nickel materials, which will severely affect the quality of the welding joint. The influence of reduction gas added during welding process on the quality of welding joint was studied in this paper. Blowholes, welding joint quality, mechanical properties, and microstructures of the welding joint made by this kind of welding process were also investigated. The results indicated that the quality of welding joint can completely meet the requirement of standard, while the flow rate of reduction gas was properly controlled.
