摘要
主要介绍了重庆市汛期地质灾害气象预报预警平台的理论基础、系统设计和应用效果。平台采用模块化设计、Visual Basic及Visual C语言编写。根据市气象局每日提供的预报降雨量数据,汛期地质灾害气象预报模型能迅速计算出各预报区域的地质灾害预报等级,并自动绘制生成重庆市地质灾害气象预报等级图。应用实践证明平台具有操作简便,预报结果较为准确的特点,有较高的实用价值和推广价值。
The theoretical basis, system design and application effect of Chongqing geo-hazards forecasting platform are primarily described based on weather forecast during the flood season. The platform adopts mode design, Visual Basic and Visual C compiled. According to the forecasting data of precipitation provided by the Meteorological Bureau, the forecasting model will rapidly compute out ever district's geo-hazards forecasting grade, and produce the Chongqing geo-hazards forecasting grade map automatically. The application proved that the platform has accurate forecasting result and manipulate easily, with high practical value and promoting value.
