摘要 基于降雨是地质灾害主要诱发因素这一思想,介绍了在GIS技术支持下构建湖南省地质灾害气象预警系统的总体结构与功能特征,重点讨论了系统实现过程中的开发思路、逻辑及应用架构、分析流程等关键问题。依据湖南省地质灾害发生特点,选定日雨量和小时雨量作为气象数据来源,结合地质背景因素,形成了一整套地质灾害气象预警方法体系。在此基础上,建立了基于日雨量的预警分析子系统、基于小时雨量的预警分析子系统和辅助办公自动化子系统,从而实现了快速、高效的省级地质灾害气象预警。 According to the thought that rainfalls are the primary natural inducements of geological hazards, this paper introduces the overall structure and functions of geological hazard meteorological warning system based on GIS in Hunan Province and discusses some key problems in accomplishing this system such as the development method, framework of logic or application, flow of analysis. Through analyzing the characteristic of geological hazards in Hunan Province, and selecting daily and hourly rainfalls as the meteorological data for analysis and combined with the data of geological factors, it builds a geological hazard meteorological warning system including the subsystem based on daily rainfall, the subsystem based on hourly rainfall and the subsystem of assistant OA. Then it achieves the quick and efficient province grade meteorological warning of geological hazards.
