摘要
报道了新试剂2-乙酰吡啶缩(2’-吡啶亚胺基)肼的合成与鉴定,系统研究了该试剂与铜的显色反应条件及应用,建立了2-乙酰吡啶缩(2’-吡啶亚胺基)肼光度法测定微量铜的新方法.在pH8.00左右的弱碱性介质中,Cu^2+与2-乙酰吡啶缩(2’-吡啶亚胺基)肼反应生成摩尔比为1:1的黄绿色络合物,最大吸收波长为430nm,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε430=1.12×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,铜含量在0.200—5.00g·L^-1范围内符合比尔定律,该方法可用于环境水样中微量铜的测定,加标回收率在96.9%~99.4%之间.
A new reagent, 2-aceto-pyridine condensation ( 2' -pyridine imido-group) hydrazine ( 2-AP- ( 2' -PI) H) was synthesized, and a new spectroscopic method for determination of Cu( Ⅱ ) was developed based on the color reaction between (2-AP-(2'-PI) H) and Cu( Ⅱ ). In a medium of pH 8.0, copper reacts with (2-AP-(2'-PI) H) to form a yellow-green complex with a molar ratio of 1: 1. This complex has bigger absorbance in the range of 380 -450 nm wave length, and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.12×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.at 430 Beer' s law is obeyed for Cu^2 + in the range of 0.20 -. 5.0 g· L ^- 1. Trace amount of Copper in environmental water samples was determined and the addition standard recoveries (ASR) (n = 5) were 96.6% - 99.4%,
