摘要
整体式转向梯形机构在进行常规非线性优化设计时,不同的变量约束条件和初值会导致优化结果的差异。经分析目标函数的性态,结合汽车转向梯形设计的一般要求,重新给出合理的变量约束条件和初值,得到了理想的优化结果。
When the Ackerman steering trapezium mechanism is optimally designed with common variable constraints and initial values, the different results will be yielded because of nonlinear optimal solution. After analyzing the behavior of objective function, combined with the general requirements of steering trapezium mechanism, the reasonable variable constraints and values are redesigned in this paper to obtain the ideal results .
