摘要
目的观察木犀草素对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响及抗氧化作用.方法喂饲法建立高血脂症大鼠模型,木犀草素按1.5、3和6 mg/mL(bw/d)给大鼠连续灌胃5周,测定血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,血清脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量.结果木犀草素能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA的水平,升高HDL-C使动脉硬化指数(AI)降低,并能提高大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-Px的活性.结论木犀草素能降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平及纠正自由基代谢紊乱,发挥抗动脉硬化作用.
Objective To study effects of luteolin on hyperlipidemeic rat serum lipid metabolism. Methods A hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding Wistar adult rats with high lipid diets for 5 weeks. The luteolin was simultaneously supplemented to rats by intragastric administration, according to three different dosage 1.5, 3 and 6 nag/mL (bw/day), to evaluate the effects on the reduction of lipid level and anti - oxidation. Results Compared with the high lipid diet model control group, the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride, MDA in hyperlipidemeic rat serum decreased and the HDL - C level increased, and the activity of SOD and GSH - Px also elevated after feeding with luteolin. Conclusion Luteolin may contribute to the reduction of hyperlipidemia and inbition of oxidative modification.
