摘要
报道８例陈旧性膝关节不稳定患者进行Ｌｅｅｄｓ－Ｋｅｉｏ人工韧带重建术，平均随访近３年。结果优良者５例为单纯前交叉韧带重建者，中等３例为复合韧带重建者。探讨了合成纤维型人工韧带的类型、手术适应征和手术技术。认为人工韧带具有足够强度、长度，手术简便，术后康复快等优点，可作为重建韧带的材料来源之一，但必须严格掌握适应征。
Eight cases of chronic knee instability were managed reconstrnctively by using Leeds -Keio artificial ligament.Mean follow-up was approximatesly three years.5 patients of isolated ACL reconstruction gained excellent and good results.3 of fair outcomes were the patient undergoing combined ligament reconstruction.We discussed the type of artificial ligament with synthetic fabrics,the indication and the techniques of the operative procedures.We considered that the artifeial ligament have the adventages of enough strength and length,easy working,rapid rehabilitation.It can be applied as one of the source of material for ligament reconstruction,but the indications for application of artificial ligament should be selected strictlv.
