摘要
信息素养是信息时代创造型人才应当具备的最基本的能力素质,如何培养和提高高等师范院校学生的信息素养,已经成为面向21世纪的中国教育改革急待解决的战略性问题。在统计、对比调查数据的基础上分析我国高等师范院校学生信息素养培养的现状和存在的问题,包括:课程结构单一,体系不完备;重技术教育,轻人文素养培养;重技能学习,轻情感与伦理道德教育。针对这些问题,从课程的P-S-D(计划—实施—评价)三方面,提出培养“种子教师”信息素养的有效途径。
Information literacy is one of the most important capacity for the creative young generations in the information times. So it is the strategically unsolved problem for us to train and improve pre - service teachers' such quality. This thesis first introduces the concept of Information Literacy, then analyses the current status and problems to be solved, which deserve our reflection and research. Such as course structure is not reasonable, and we pay more attention to technique and skills than feelings or ethic during instruction. According to these problems, this paper describes effective ways to the training and development of'pre-service teachers' Information Literacy, for example, the construction of curriculum content system and learning evaluation methods.
