摘要
本文对在高职教育中加强大学生就业能力的培养问题展开了论述,探讨了加强大学生就业能力培养的意义,提出了相关的对策和建议,对解决现阶段高职学生就业遇到的问题有一定的现实意义。
This paper first discusses the education of students ＇employment ability in higher vocational colleges ,then explores the meaning of cultivating this ability,and finally puts for-wards some suggestions to settle the problems in students ＇employment.
