膝关节僵直松解术后应用CPM联合高压氧的疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨膝关节僵直松解术后应用CPM联合高压氧疗法的临床效果。方法对20例膝关节僵直患者行膝关节松解术,术后24h即施行患肢膝关节CPM疗法;术后72h开始交替应用高压氧治疗。被动运动7—10d后,间断期行股四头肌等长收缩和膝关节主动屈伸锻炼。结果随访3~12个月,根据董纪元术后膝关节功能分级,优13例,良5例。平均活动度105°.1例出现关节腔积液,1例切口渗液。无皮肤坏死、裂开、感染发生。结论CPM联合高压氧疗法能有效防止再粘连,减轻术后疼痛及肿胀,减少切口裂开等并发症的发生,能尽快达到满意活动范围。 Objective To investigate the effect of CPM combined with hyperbaric oxygenation for knee ankylosing after surgery releasing. Methods 20 cases with knee ankylosing were undergone surgical releasing, and followed by CPM (24 h) and hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) (72 h) alternatively. After CPM for 7 -10 d, intermittent vastus isometric contraction and knee rang of motion were permitted. Results All cases were followed up for 3 - 12 months. According to the standard of dongjiyuan for postoperative knee joint function, the results were excellent in 13 cases and good in 5. The knee rang of motion was 105°. 1 was complicated with hydrarthrosis, and 1 with incision exudation. No skin slough, disruption or infection was found. Conclusions It can prevent adherence, alleviate pain and swelling and reduce incision disruption with CPM and HBO, which is beneficial for rang of motion recovery.
