摘要
用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠镉染毒后测定其血清ＡＫＰ值、尿镉、尿肌酐、肝脏重量系数与肾脏重量系数等指标，结果与对照组相比，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示实验组大鼠镉染毒后，肾脏与肝脏损伤，导致血清ＡＫＰ值的下降。
everal physiological indices were measured in Wistar rats intoxication by Cd.It included serum AKP activity,the urinary Cd content,the weight coefficient of liver and kidney weight etc.Compared with the corresponding indices in the control group,significant differences all existed( P <0.01).The results suggested that the liver and kidney functions of experimental rats were damaged by Cd,leading to the lowering of AKP activity in the serum.
