摘要
对甘松抗菌消炎有效部位化学成分进行研究,采用柱色谱法分离得到9个化合物,经光谱分析和文献对照,确定其结构分别为蒙花苷、熊果酸、二十八烷醇、Kanshone A、Nardosinonediol、Nardosinone、马兜铃烯-9-β-醇、齐墩果酸、β-谷甾醇。前三个化合物为首次分离得到,蒙花苷和熊果酸为甘松抗菌消炎有效成分。
To study on the active components of Nardostachys chirtensis Batal, the compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods, with their structures identified by spectral analysis and comparison with published data. 9 compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as acaciin, ursolie acid, octacosanol, kanshone A, narclosinonediol, narclosinone, aristolen9β-ol, oleanolic acid and β-sitosterol. Acaciin, ursolie acid and octacosanol were obtained from Nardostachys chinensis Batal. for the first time. Acaciin and ursolie are the active components of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory.
