摘要
目的 :分离鉴定茉莉根化学成分。方法 :用乙醇提取 ,经硅胶、大孔树脂和ODS柱色谱分离 ,通过IR ,NMR及MS波谱分析法确定结构。结果 :分得 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为正三十二碳酸 (Ⅰ ) ,正三十二烷醇 (Ⅱ ) ,齐墩果酸 (Ⅲ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅳ ) ,橙皮苷 (Ⅴ )。结论
Objective: To isolate and identify the che mi cal constitutents in roots of Jasminum sambac. Method: The compounds were isolated by means of chromatography and the structures were identified on the basis of physical and spectral data. Result: Dotriacontanoic acid, dotriacontanol, oleanolic acid, daucosterol and hesp eridin were elucidated. Conclusion: All compounds were fou nd in this plant for the first time.
