汽轮发电机气体冷却器传热及阻力特性实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Heat Transfer and Resistance Characteristics of Fin-and-tube Air Coolers in Turbogenerators

摘要 对不同结构的汽轮发电机气体冷却器进行了实验研究,得到雷诺数Re在2000~11000问冷却器空气侧的换热和阻力特性变化规律,同时得出风速、水速和翅片间距对换热与阻力特性的影响规律,为汽轮发电机气体冷却器的设计和改造提供了依据。 This paper deals with three different fin-and-tube air coolers in turbogenerators. A set of experimental tests were proceeded to investigate the characteristics of heat transfer and resistance. Based on the experimental study, air-side heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the coolers were developed. Meanwhile, the effects of air velocity, water velocity and the fin space of heat transfer and resistance characteristics were obtained. The research results provided the reference for designing and reforming gas coolers in turbogenerators.
