空调节能与换热器技术进步

Energy Conservation of Air Conditioner and Progress of Heat Exchanger Technology

摘要 通过对制冷循环分析,提出空调节能的途径:采用高效压缩机,使得压缩过程接近等熵压缩;降低冷凝温度和冷凝压力;提高蒸发温度和蒸发压力;采用膨胀装置利用节流过程制冷剂的压差;降低蒸发和冷凝过程的传热温差,并且降低蒸发器的传热温差比降低冷凝器的传热温差效果更明显。本文还从换热器流程的优化、传热管的变化和翅片开缝位置的确定方法等方面介绍了空调换热器的技术进步。 The energy conservation approach is introduced by analyzing the air conditioner refrigeration cycle. It includes usage of high efficiency compressor, decrease of the condensation temperature and pressure, increase of the evaporation temperature and pressure, adoption of expansion device to lower the pressure difference before and after throttling, decrease of the temperature difference involving condensation and evaporation process. The optimization of refrigeration flow, the development of heat exchanoer pipe, the decision of the slip fin position of heat exchanger are also summarized.
