摘要
考虑到大、中型电机目前仍在应用的铜丝绕簧式空气冷却器有诸多缺点,因此对一种铜管母体滚削制成的肋管组成的热交换器进行了试验研究。本文介绍了它在电机中应用的特点和参数。其最突出的特点是风阻低、综合传热系数大,适用于低风速、低风压降下,要求有大的同体积散热容量。在低速电动机和水轮发电机的真机实测中证明了它的优越性。列举了新老空气冷却器的使用结果。
Taking many disadvantages of existing wound copper wire air coolers for middle-large electric machines into account, the experiment study on the heat exchanger is canned out, made of the fintube manufactured by roll-cutting. The features and parameters of the cooler in use of electric machines are introduced in this paper. Its outstanding advantages are low flow resistance, large general heat transfer coefficient for the use of larger heat exchange in same volume at lower velocity with lower pressure drop. It's advantages have proved fully in fact, as carrying out experiments for low speed motor and hydro-generator. Application results of new and old coolers are listed in this article.
