摘要
随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大和科学技术的不断发展,研究生培养已越来越依赖于导师的科研经费和科研能力,但随之也出现了许多值得关注的问题。本文拟通过自身从事科研管理和研究生教育管理工作几年来的经历,对“老板”导师引发的问题及对策加以探讨。
With the continued expansion of the scale of post-graduate students and the continuous development of science and technology, post-graduate training and scientific research funding are increasingly dependent on the instructors, which is followed by a number of emerging issues of concern. According to author' s years of experience of engagement in research of post-graduate education management, this paper discusses the problems initiated by the "boss" instructors and the relative countermeasure.
