摘要
在开放教育的实施过程中,教师的主要任务不再是"教学",而应该是"导学"。作为导学教师,要适应远程开放教育新的教学模式,应进一步增强对开放教育的认识,强化开放教育意识,从思想、道德、学识上综合地加强自身修养,不断提高自己的素质和技能。
In the course of implementing of open education, the major task of teacher is not ＂teaching＂ again and should be ＂guiding＂. Action guiding teacher, will meet long-range open educational new teaching pattern, should strengthen the knowledge of opening education further, strengthen open educational consciousness, from thought, morals and knowledge, comprehensively reinforced self recuperates , raise own quality and skills continuously.
