摘要
教师总量相对不足是目前我国高校教师队伍建设中的一个大问题,具体表现在师生比达不到要求,专任教师比重小,专家教育资源短缺等。文章主要探讨了扩招对其产生的影响,并提出了解决高校教师资源总体不足的措施——高校教师资源的共享。
It is a big problem among college teachers construction in our country at present that teachers gross is comparatively lack. It behaved in many aspects such as teachers and students ratio is very high, full-time teacher inverse proportion is low, expert education resource is lack. There are many reasons, and this paper mainly discusses the infection from expansile recruit students, and puts forward an effective measure to account for the shortage of college teachers resouree-college teachers resource share.
