摘要
要促进我省教育事业的发展,必须优化教育资源,建立规范有序的人才流动模式,营造教师队伍建设的良好环境,实现全社会师资共享。
We must improve teaching resources in order to promote education in our province. This paper analyses the situation of the allocation of university foreign language teachers in our province and puts forward some ways to improve it.
