摘要
文[1]认为掺氮吸气剂蒸散时产生的“拱起”现象是由于蒸散残体产物的膨胀系数差异引起的。然而,这只是产生“拱起”质量问题的一方面,即产生原动力的一面,应该说蒸散残体表面生成物的差异是绝对的,而造成这些差异的大小则是相对的,对于“拱起”现象的研究,除了原动力的一面,还应该存在产生抑制作用的另一面,正由于抑制作用的存在,才有避免“拱起”产生的可能,这就是指蒸散残体与不锈钢基环之间的结合情况,运用俄歇能谱的分析将能揭开其界面的结合之谜。
The mixed nitrogen getter having quality problems is analysed for point,face,linear and profile in the boundary face between alloy powder and ring by using AES.A useful interpretation of the mechanism led to quality problem is got.A surface sign for quality monitoring of the mixed nitrogen getter is obtained through the contrast of linear analysis for several samples of mixed nitrogen getter.The mechanism and surface sign will be able to help solve the quality problem.
