摘要
为了生产优质精梳纱并达到高产、低耗的目的,应严格控制梳棉生条短绒率,从增强锡林梳理功能、合理调整毛刷、设置顶梳齿密及插入深度、设定AFIS检测仪长度和给棉长度五个方面分析了E62型精梳机的梳理功能,探讨了控制落棉对精梳机棉耗的影响。指出:高产、优质、低耗是E62型高产精梳机的三大特点;提高梳理度和纤维伸直度能降低短绒,利于降低棉耗、提高精梳棉结和条干水平;调整工艺参数,合理清洁时间,维护设备状态是提高精梳质量的重要手段。
In order to produce quality combed yarn with hi-production and low material consumption, analysis is done to the combing frame E62 as to the yield. Highlight is given to the combing frame E62 regarding the control of the short fibre content of card sliver, reinforcement of the cylinder combing performance, adjustment of the brush and the top comb as to the density of the teeth,set of the length of the AFIS tester and the feeding length of the fiber. Approach is done into the impact of the control of the noiI rate on the cotton consumption. It is concluded that the main specifications of the combing frame E62 includes hi-productivity, hi-quality and low consumption. Increase of the combing intensity and the fiber straightness can reduce noil rate for less cotton consumption and better mass. Adjustment of process specifications with proper cleaning time and good equipment state are important for better quality of combed yarn.
