Desulphurization Experiments and Mathematical Model for FBC with Fly Ash Recycle

摘要 本文报告了在一个截面积为0.3m×0.3 m的飞灰循环流化床上进行的脱硫试验结果,研究了飞灰循环倍率对脱硫效率的影响,比较了有、无循环时钙硫比、流化速度和床层高度对脱硫效率的影响程度,提出了可供流化床锅炉设计和运行参考的经济参数。并以两相理论为基础,建立了一个用于飞灰循环流化床脱硫的数学模型,提出了处理飞灰循环的方法。模型计算结果和试验结果符合较好。 The results of desulphurization experiments in a fluidized bed combustor with fly ash recycle,whose cross section is 0.3m×0.3m,are presented.The effect of recycle ratio on desulphurization efficiency is investigated.The effects of the mole ratio of calcium to sulphur, fluidizing velocity and packed bed height on desulphurization efficiency with fly ash recycle are compared with those without fly ash recycle.The economic data are presented,which can be used as the references for FBC boiler design and operation.A mathematical model based on two-phase theory for desulphurization in FBC with fly ash recycle is also established,in which the method dealing with fly ash recycle is presented.The modelling results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
