摘要
本文用热天平分析法研究了煤燃烧的动态特性,考虑了化学动力学、扩散、热解及碳燃烧等诸多因素的综合影响.建立了煤燃烧过程较全面而实用的物理模型,并由计算机求解得到试样煤种燃烧时的动态特性:热解活化能、频率因子、碳燃烧时的活化能和频率因子、热解反应级数.对煤粉燃烧器及层燃炉的设计具有重要的实用意义.
This paper discusses the dynamic characteristics of coal combustion by thermal gravity analysis. Considering the comprehensive effects of chemical kinetics, diffusion, thermal dissociation, carbon incineration, etc, an all-inclusive and practical physical model of coal combustion is proposed with which the dynamic characteristics of sample coal combustion such as thermal dissociation activation ernergy, frequency factor, carbon burning activation energy and frequency factor, order of the reaction, etc. can be obtained with a computer. All of them are important to the design of the pulverized coal burners and grate furnaces. 4 figs, 1 table and 8 refs.
