飞灰循环流化床燃烧动力特性的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了寻求提高流化床燃烧效率的有效方法,得到特定煤种的设计数据,在一横截面积0.3m×0.3m、高6m的常压流化床燃烧装置上进行了飞灰循环回燃流化床的燃烧动力特性试验,得到固体碳含量随循环倍率、颗粒粒径、取样位置、流动方向的变化规律,采用飞灰循环回燃后床层温度、流化速度对燃烧效率的影响以及悬浮空间温度物性和燃烧份额的变化。试验结果表明,采用飞灰循环回燃,既可大幅度提高燃烧效率,又可明显改善运行特性。 In order to seek the effective method of increasing the coal combustion efficiency and to obtain the design data for a certain coal in fluidized bed combustors(FBCs),the exper- iments of coal combustion characteristics were conducted in a FBC facility with cross-section of 0.3m×0.3m and 6m in height.The variations of carbon content of particles with recycle ratio,particle diameter,sample location and flow direction,the effects of bed temperature and fluidizing velocity on combustion efficiency and the variations of the temperature characteris- tic and combustion fraction in freeboard were investigated.The experimental results indicate that using fly ash recycle not only can increase the combustion efficiency but also improves the operation performances obviously.
