摘要
工程变更是合同管理中普遍而大量的工作,如何正确理解和确认工程变更,对工程变更进行有效控制,是预防和减少施工合同中相关问题产生,顺利完成工程项目的重要环节。本文首先对工程变更的内涵进行界定,强调注意工程变更与索赔的关系,在此基础上提出了工程变更确认的总体原则及注意问题,并对工程变更控制策略进行探讨,希望对规范工程变更工作有一定积极作用。
The engineering alteration is widespread but a great deal in contract management work.
