摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿腹腔镜行腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎手术方法、疗效及优缺点。方法128例婴幼儿腹股沟疝行腹腔镜疝囊皮下高位结扎术,其中单侧斜疝105例,双侧斜疝17例,直疝6例。结果全部病例均成功施行,手术时间平均单侧疝15 min,双侧疝25 min,术后平均1.5 d出院,无并发症和复发病例。结论腹腔镜腹膜皮下疝囊高位结扎术是一种简单易行、安全有效、创伤小、恢复快的微创手术方法。
Objective: To study the method, effectiveness, adventage and shortcoming orifice of hernia. Methods: Closure of internal orifice of hernia was performed by laparoscopy in 128 infantile paients. There were 105 unilateral indirect inguinal hernia, 17 bilateral indirect inguinal hernia, 6 direct inguinal hernia. Results: All cases were operated successfully. The mean operation time was 15 mins in unilateral hernia and 25 mins in bilateral hernia. The average length of postoperated stay was 1.5 days. There were no complication and no recurrence. Conclusions: The results indicate that laparoscopic closure of internal orifice of hernia is a single, satisfactory, effective and minitrumatical surgical method.
