摘要
利用喷射成形与挤压工艺相结合的办法制备高铝锌合金,设计了正交试验方案,研究了固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度、时效时间等工艺参数对高铝锌合金的抗拉强度、硬度、伸长率的影响,确定出最佳的热处理制度。结果表明,在此种工艺下制备的合金较传统铸造的合金具有更优异的性能。
The high aluminum zinc alloy was prepared by spraying and extruding, the plan of orthogonal test was designed,and the effects of solution temperature, solution time, aging temperature, aging time on tensile strength, hardness and elongation percentage of the high aluminum zinc alloy were studied. The best condition of heat treatment was presented. The results show that the performance of the alloy prepared by this process is better than the common casting.
