Effect of oleic acid on PTEN mRNA expression in βTC3 cells

摘要 研究油酸慢性作用对βTC3细胞PTEN(phosphotase and tensin homology deleted on chromosme ten)mRNA表达的影响,结果显示油酸增加PTEN的表达,使ATP敏感性K^+通道开放,这可能是高脂损害胰岛功能的机制之一。 The effect of oleic acid on phosphotase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) mRNA expression in βTC3 cells was investigated. Oleic acid increased PTEN mRNA expression and activated ATP-sensitive potassium channel. It suggests that it may exist an important mechanism of impairing islet function by high lipid.
