摘要 K+通道开放剂激活血管平滑肌ATP敏感性K+通道，致细胞膜超极化，外周动静脉血管、冠状血管、肺血管及脑血管扩张，血管阻力下降。对高血压、心绞痛、心衰、脑血管痉挛及一些外周血管性疾病有治疗作用。
