摘要
膜分离技术与传统的分离方法相比具有节能、几乎无污染、不会产生健康危险、不需要助滤剂、使用灵活等优点,有该文介绍了膜分离技术在无醇或低醇酒的生产、纯生酒的酿造、提高酒的非生物稳定性、代替硅藻土进行过滤等方面的应用情况。
Membrane separation has many advantages compared to traditional separation methods, such as energy-economic, pollution-free, safety, with no needs of filter aids, easy to use and so on. Therefore, it has many prospective applications in brewing industry. The application of membrane separation technique in the aspects on production of alcohol-free or low-alcoholic beer and draft beer, improvement of non-biological stability and replacement of diatomite for filtrating was introduced.
