The preventive effect of milk and its products to metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的通过对现有流行病学资料的总结,分析摄食牛奶及其制品是否有助于减少代谢综合征的发生,从而预防心血管疾病和糖尿病。方法收集观察牛奶及其制品与代谢综合征关系的流行病学文献并进行Meta分析。结果摄食牛奶及其制品的人群患代谢综合征的危险性减少了20%,但对女性的保护作用不明显。结论饮用牛奶及其制品能预防代谢综合征的发生,这可能与牛奶中的钙、蛋白质和脂肪酸调节血脂、血压和血糖有关。 Objective To analyze the relationship between milk and its products and metabolic syndrome (MS), which is related to cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Methods The published epidemiological studies were collected and the pooled relative risk was calculated using meta-analysis. Results For people drinking milk and its products, the risks of suffering from metabolic syndrome were decreased by 20% . But the results also showed drinking milk has no obvious protection on women. Conetasion Milk and its products can protect drinkers from MS. It is likely attributed to calcium, proteins and lipid fatty acids in milk regulating blood fat, blood pressure and blood sugar.
