摘要
目的探讨T2DM患者高尿酸血症的发病特点及与MS组分的相关性。方法比较不同UA水平、不同性别MS组分特点及相关性分析。结果 T2DM组多项MS指标均高于对照组(P<0.01);伴MS者UA明显较高(P<0.01);高尿酸血症组有着较高的MS患病率,女性尤为明显;男性T2DM患者UA水平与WC独立相关,而女性与C-P、年龄、WC均相关。结论 T2DM患者高尿酸血症发病率高,伴MS者UA水平明显增加,高尿酸血症与MS中肥胖、高血压、血脂异常等密切相关。
Objective To study the characteristics of hyperuricemia in T2DM patients to analyze its correlation with metabolic syndrome （MS） components. Methods The characteristics of MS components in different levels of uric acid （UA） and different sexes were compared and their correlations with T2DM were analyzed. Results The T2DM group showed higher levels of several MS components than the control group （P〈0. 01）. The cases with MS had obviously higher level of UA （P〈0.01）. The hyperuricemia group had higher morbidity of MS, especially in women. Waist circumference （WC） was the independent related factor of UA in male patients with T2DM, while C-peptide, WC, and age were related to UA in female patients. Condusion The morbidity of hyperuricemia in T2DM is high. The patients with MS have higher level of UA. And UA is closely related to obesity, hypertension, and lipid dysfunction in MS.
