摘要
目的了解吉首市高校教职工代谢综合征(MS)的患病状况及其流行特征。方法从2008年10月—2010年4月吉首大学、吉首大学师范学院、湘西经贸学校三所高等院校健康人群随机抽样2538人进行调查、体检和血清等检查。计算MS及其各组分患病率,并分析MS相关因素。结果 MS患病率为10.17%,男女患病率分别为13.82%、6.28%,男性高于女性,随着年龄增长患病率呈上升趋势。MS影响因素主要有年龄、性别、吸烟、BMI及地区。结论吉首地区患病率稍低于广州、上海等大城市,但是发病呈逐年上升趋势,应尽早开展MS综合防治,提高健康水平。
Objective To analyse the condition and popular teature metabolic syndrome （MS） of the teaching and administrative staff of universitied in Jishou. Methods Totally 2538 subjects in Jishou University, teachers college of Jishou University and Xiang Xi college of Economic and trade were randomly selected from Oct of 2008 to Apr of 2010 by health exam and checking, such as blood serum, then calculate MS and incidence rates, meanwhile analyse relevant factors of MS. Results The incidence rate of MS was 10. 17% , 13.82% and 6.28% respectively for male and female, rates were rising with age growing and rate for male was higher than female. The major influence factors for MS includes age, gender, smoke, BMI and areas. Conclusion The incidence rate of MS in Jishou are lower than big cities like Guangzhou and Shanghai, but is increasing year by year. What we should do is to integrated control of MS as early as possible and improve health conditions.
