江苏电网对 A1 ,A2控制策略进行了调整修改 ,使系统自动发电控制 ( AGC)适应 CPS标准 ;同时 ,通过多数据源处理和高密度的数据采样及计算技术 ,提供可靠的实时信息及统计数据 ;并针对火电机组惯性大、速率慢的特点 ,优化控制策略 ,提高机组及系统
Presently the control strategy applied in energy management system (EMS) at home and abroad, equipped with automatic generation control (AGC) software, is still designed according to the old NERC's (North American Electric Reliability Council) requirements (A1 and A2). Even though statistical evaluation of performance has adopted CPS1, CPS2 (Control Performance Stand), A1 and A2 standard is still the only criterion in control area in EMS. A genuine AGC control system adapting to CPS standard should be a system not only adapting to A1 and A2 standard but also adapting to CPS1 and CPS2 standard. The project adjusts and modifies the control strategy applied in EMS referring to A1 and A2 standard, making AGC regulation service adapt to CPS standard. At the same time, With multi data source processing, high dense data sampling and advanced calculation techniques, the project offers reliable real time information and statistical information. According to the characteristics of fossil fired power unit such as mass regulation inertia and slow regulation velocity, the project optimizes the control strategy and offers better AGC regulation service implemented in EMS.
